there was only ever going to be one result when I saw the line up, take out Dembele and Bale from our midfield and we were never going to compete with Chel$ki's mids

we also need to get our defensive line back to where it should be or at least closer then it is now

we need to get Verts back to CB rather then FB and get Gallas out of there, he is way too slow now, missing Kaboul badly, even Daws would have done a better job than Gallas, also need either Naughton or BAE back

way too undermanned to compete with Chel$ki with that line up

We really need to get our defensive line right, how we beat ManU with that makeshift defence is beyond me but we got caught out againt a better team last night

limped over the line yet again with 6 players missing from out first 11,

hardly any player rotation atm including mid week Europa cup games and we looked pretty tired but not sure how long we can keep this up for without any rotation

Lloris needs to be in the team. I'm not too concerned with the loss, we don't have the squad to compete in four competitions. We were only going serious in three last year and still struggled massively near the end.

I still can't believe Lloris isn't our regular goalkeeper. Aside from one screw-up, he did far better in his only league game than Friedel has done all season. Not only that, we paid very decent coin for him and he's going to get peeved the longer he is on the bench. I don't want to insult AVB but it boggles the mind that Lloris isn't playing.

He also happens to be the only one with a clean sheet to his name.

Yeah the four Freidel let in against Chelsea..none were bad errors but you'd expect your keeper to save or two of them. Plus he could have done better on the goal that Southampton scored.
