Dave Clark's Barrow side are the next British side to travel to Toulouse, two weeks after their Cumbrian rivals Whitehaven were defeated 38-12 by the Co-operative Championship newcomers.
The hosts could include new signing Jean-Christophe Borlin, a French international prop who has spent time at Doncaster and St Gaudens, and Clark has acknowledged the size of the task facing the Raiders.
Clark said: "They've performed quite well. I've watched their games recently and they are quite impressive. They've got a good sized pack and good go-forward and we'll need to match that if we want to give ourselves a chance."
Barrow could go top - until Sunday at least - if they can claim all three points, but Clark insists: "There are still going to be a lot of changes in that table."
He added: "All we can do is worry about ourselves and focus week-to-week. Every game is challenging for us."
Andy Bracek and Liam Campbell are both fit and back in Clark's squad, while Gary Broadbent is in line to play his 100th consecutive game, an achievement Clark hailed as "unbelievable".
