Baiteri was extremely impressive in the first half. Ellis James looks like a typical pommie front-rower with ball skills. Is he a pommie? With all the talk about how brilliant Albert Kelly is, I expected him to be smaller and flashier, but he`s quite steady and seems to have a level head about him.
Also liked Anthony Mitchell in the 2nd half and Mitchell Johnson and Nusso had very good games. Our future looks bright?

Great effort by the under 20s, i was driving home when Ray Hadley said they were down 16 nil. i was home 2 minutes later ran inside and it was already 16 to 10. Nasso looked good , so did mitchell and kelly among others.

Mitch Johnson went alright. He looks like a big unit, similar to what first grade needs. Not saying he is ready for first grade, however how does he normally go ? is he expected to graduate to first grade in the future ( don't watch a lot of the junior eels games)?

Anthony Mitchell is and will always be a a better player then Matt Keating. He is class.

Looks good, but do you reckon he is physically ready for first grade. Looks like he needs to put 5 kgs. Reminds me of Beni Marshall, was reckon for first grade but his body wasn't ready ( I reckon this is the reason he has sufferred so many injuries, needed one or two more years in the gym )

For a coach who everyome remarks was a great defensive player, he appears to provide little structure for the team, we have a good attacking side but dont seem like much when defending.

hopefully my fears that Daisy is as useless as his mate wont come true, but I am very cautious as we lack defensive structure.

Best players IMO...Mitch Johnson, Anthony Mitchell, Jason Baitieri, Albert Kelly and Dom Nasso

Mortimer still hasn't convinced me as a 7...he's a more a 6 or a 1 I reckon.

Anthony Mitchell, unfortunately is way to light and small to be affective in first grade, they would eventually and completely break him. He should disappear for a year and go to the Greek islands or somewhere equally out of the way and go on a muscle gaining juice course. Then come back a new man. ;-)

haven't watched the whole game yet as I was playing cricket, but I was glad to see Graham score on the siren as I thought Kelly was clearly ripped off, looked a fair try to me
