Training Gear

Anybody know if the Sharks have new training gear for '05?
The 'new for 04' aqua training tshirts they've got online looks pretty bloody ordinary. Must be hard to get motivated for training in a kit like that. Who designs these things? Marketing? Puma? Ken Done?

You think that the shirt makes them unmotivated? Uh huh. Sure.

The 05 gear isn't available to the public yet, although the players seem to have new gear. Basically the same colour, with black under the arms and down the side of the shirt.

Last I heard, the shirts are unsponsored. This is apparently because the new sleeve sponsor is yet to supply Puma with the relevant artwork.

For the record, the players had white training shirts, as well as the blue ones. That'd make training a bit more exciting hey?

I saw a lot of the players last friday arvo in the wanda beach carpark on pushbikes. All dressed idenically in black shorts and blue tops. They all looked pretty smart and more importantly very fit.

It's training gear for godsakes. Who really gives a rats arse?

It wouldn't bother me if they were all training in stubbies and thongs, so long as they're training and training hard.

Yep, which they all would be, except for whingeing Phil Bailey who is probably just standing around with that panting dog look on his face that seems permanently painted on
