Is that "The Chad"!!!

What happened to the little soft muscled podgy forward.....

Go Chad!!

On Stringer. Whilst he does appear good in the photos, i heard he has been one of the lazier trainers...

And a guy i work with is involved with the Dragons training Staff. Riddell went along to a christmas party which a bunch of his old dragons mates (players and staff) were at.

Everyone was STUNNED at how good he was looking! :D They had never seen him looking so fit.

Thats dissapointing to hear that Stringer is a bad trainer I hope its not true. Maybe his back is still playing up and thats why he is not training well.

Even if he is a lazy trainer it doesnt mean he is a bad player. His performances for souths and the Northern eagles shows that (if fit) this guy is going to be a good investment.

Yeah, I heard the same about Riddell.

even tho a certain female (we think) journo wrote once that Riddell has been pigging out and is drastically overweight all other reports have been that he hasn't even been as fit and light now in his career.

Maybe after Brian retires from coaching Jenny Craig might sign him up.

He's gotten Solomona, Widders and Riddell all fit

Apparently a number of Hollywood agents are looking to get thier clients on the Smith Diet

Just on Stringer as was said it could be his back that is limiting his training and bad trainers don't always make bad players although in saying that if you do train bad chances are you'll be playing reggies.

However there have been a number of so called "Bad Trainers" at the club in recent years who have been sorted out by the coaching staff in fact one is still around everyone knows Fui's 10 min training session story.

Billy Johnstone, ex-Bulldogs player and boxer who is been head trainer for the dogs and now Cowboys.

The most feared trainer in the competion!!..players have been knowned to be physically sick after his sessions and thats in the middle of the season

Dazeely,

My knowledge on the story is during his time at South Sydney he rocked up to training one day very peeved that he only got 10 mins playing time on the field on the weekend. After 10 minutes of training he left saying (in his Tongan accent) "I play for 10 minutes...I train for 10 minutes"

It's a bit funny. I'm pretty sure thats the story anyways.
