i haven't seen any threads about this so i thought id post something about it...

During the recent Superbowl telecast the studio's released a couple of teasers for there much anticipated summer blockbusters.

i thought Micheal Bay was perfect for transformers... when it gets down to it its a good V bad story with loads of explosions and very little acting... right down his alley.

i really don't care much for whether the movie itself will be good or not. as long as it has a scantily clad megan fox in it, i will be willing to spend money on it.

Shia is a generic actor. Look at his movies. Disturbia, Transformers, Indiana, even his little cameo in I Robot. He plays the exact same character every time except with a new name. Try some variety FFS.

As for Michael Bay, I fear for what he will do with Transformers 2. The first one, apart from having way too much human involvement, was fairly decent with it's action not being all over the place. They levelled a major city at the end, but the action was fairly well contained.

With Transformers 2 I fear all bets are off and we're going to see cities and buildings destroyed at regular intervals as Michael Bay is let off his leash considering the almost guaranteed financial success of the second film.

i thought he was pretty good on Eagle Eye... was abit more grown up in that film...

Its f**king transformers.. Who cares about the storyline? Its giant robots trying to kill eachother on earth! It has the best special effects of any movie ever. One of the best movies ever made imo. I guess you can't please everyone. Some people are just critical of every little damn thing. T2 is set to be even better, and it appears the decepticons are going to dominate everything in this movie. I think prime is gonna get his ass whooped.
