Anyone else going to the game from here?

It'll be interesting to head out to the Crest Sporting Complex, another ground to tick off!

Also interesting to see how we fair against last years premiers.

According to most parra fans on the website they no longer have a side in P/league !! ??

LMAO....

Convenient I reckon. When they go well against every other team bar the jets they can say they are Parra still. But when the Jets cane em they can be Wenty again.

Was very impressed with the Jets again yesterday.

Think the final score was 32-6, or was it 32-12? Couldn't remember if Wenty scored a second try?

Being a trial you can't take too much out of the game, however we're looking very strong and I thought we dominated long periods of the first half.

Wenty were very ordinary and not a shadow of the three time Prem. Lge champions, again it's a trial so can't read too much into the form.

Roll on the first round vs Cronulla...

Your coach was actually saying that he saw Sundays game as a test for your guys coz we were supposed to be the "gun" side. But TBH, we are a completely different side than past years. There were a few impressive players in your side. Trevor something or other and a guy called Danny. There were no team lists so I cant be more specific.

Final score was 32-6. We truly did suck!

The Roosters contracted players from the match were Jai Ayoub, Tevita Folau, Albert Hopoate, Daniel Howard. Any idea how they went?

Also, expect to see prop Steve Meredith, prop FP Nuuausala, fullback Shaun Foley, backrower Mickey Paea, centre Brent Grose, hooker/lock Rory Kostjaysn, & redheaded tyro backrower Shane Shackleton in Newtown colours for much of the season.

So you think any of the Jets boys might be in with a shot for playing FG for Roosters? Like Laiseni, Thompson, Andersen, Wheatley, the Green's, Shelley?

Everyone is in with a shot mate. Injuries and suspensions provide openings. Just hoping the Roosters are over their injury woes this season, as have had a shocker in the past few seasons. LOL....

It is yet to be seen how Fittler will treat the rotation of players too I suppose.
