Good luck to Tristan, great kid who was wrongly charged a few years ago.

Dell was firing off at Mary every week because he’d barely give him a go.

He’s actually quite bright upstairs, gifted kid and I was hoping Dell and family could convince him to pursue his academic gifts instead of the game.

Sort of a more long term benefit to use his youth wisely if he’s not elite.

A lot of players don’t have these gifts to fall back on while others are rocket scientists.

Good things for Tristan, I was convinced of his innocence. It’s good to get at least one right!
My sentiments as well TSP.

Don't think so ... From what I heard on the news...asked to leave bar in the city and wouldn't leave...police called...

But let's see what eventuates...
Yes agree to wait to see what eventuates getsmarty. I was referring to this -

"Earlier on Wednesday, police took out an apprehended domestic violence order to protect a woman from Sailor following an unrelated incident."

Yes, a police officer has seen the need to seek an ADVO against Dell. The D stands for domestic so indicates a relationship defined in the Act. Likely to be someone living or who has lived with Dell.

If there are no accompanying criminal law charges with the ADVO, then it’s unlikely to be at the upper end of an event that has caused fear, requiring the ADVO

Then as we know, there are 10 possible conditions, those most serious with accompanying charges I’d think.

And a condition 11 which is open slather.

I don’t know and I’m not speculating but he’s maybe done something stupid, off the cuff and dumb at home, someone has freaked and called the Police.

And Police have to take these things seriously these days.

Not good and Police don’t have to agree to back down even if the other person wants to.

I hope Tristian goes well. I was really looking forward to him being a red v half for many years but it did not work out. I heard him say that he still had a soft spot for the Dragons and loves the club as that is where he played his junior footy and had a good time doing so.
He’s red v all the way.

He’d be freaking out about Wendell allegedly losing it.

I’m giving Dell the benefit of the doubt atm and we’ll see what happens.

If he’s guilty, it is what it is, but I’m not sure yet.

Alleged of being drunk. Abusive.
Maybe drank too much
Maybe a few nose beer's
🧐 As well
In which case, either/or his recollection may not be as good as others who were there.

He’d had a previous encounter with Police not so long before, makes me think he might have some personal issues that could be playing with his temperament.

If he’s got the blues, hopefully he reaches out.

If he’s hurt someone, he should be accountable.

He didn’t rush to pay Tristan’s Lawyers for their immaculate game winning defence, but it was a pretty big bill as well, so I’m not sure.

They ended up suing him.

I’m not sure why he quit the radio either.

More about Tristan’s case if anyone wants a deep dive:

All these cases are unique.
