Mine has also been sent.
Anyone that is not happy with the clubs direction MUST also send in their support. Otherwise you can just wait until Ray and the boys at 2gb and all the other media outlets help

It may not help at all but it beats whinging about it here and not actually trying in some way to change things.

It really is unbelievable. Teflon Tim really is untouchable, isn't he?

It seems that Longmuir has a few concerns, such as "why the f**k haven't we qualified for the finals in the last three years?", and "why the f**k did we buy a utility hooker and try to mould him into a halfback?" which as CEO he is entitled to do.

The Tigpies have been going nowhere and Tom Shines and deputy Reece Summons are to blame.

I really feel sorry for you guys.

The major problem we are faced with is Longmuir hasn't a contact and Teflon has. So when push come to shove our board will vote with their wallets and flick Longmuir rather than Teflon Tim.

For the first time since the Cowboys sent Teflon packing we have a person standing up to him--well done Longmuir, its probably going to get you on centre link's books but you won over a lot of supporters

If Brian Smith coached us from 2003 onwards and did the exact same thing Sheens has done, he would have been crucified by the media, and sacked.

Err, Brian isn't exactly in the business of winning premierships. In fact, ironically, it was 2005 when Parramatta, who, lets face it, would have been too much for WT in thte GF, self destructed against the Cowboys.

Smith is a basket case (loathed by players btw) who never won a damn thing.

Hate Sheens all you like but it's an unfair comparison.

How is it unfair? Brian Smith makes one small mistake and cops an absolute ribbing from the media, Sheens royally f****s up 3 years straight and nobody gives a flying f***. Since he started, Smith has done more for Newcastle and Sheens has done for us post 2005, and Smith has copped a heap of s*** (especially over the Reynoldson debarcle, even though Smith did the right thing).

Smith has turned Newcastle from a very ordinary side to top 8 contenders.
No Johns, Bederus etc and has still managed to blood some youngsters and great team players.
Sheens as Newcastle coach would've had a cabinet full of wooden spoons.

The comparison is regarding the media - Smith is crucified (mostly because he can be a right wanker), whilst Sheens gets a free ride (despite also being a wanker on his day). This probably comes down to Sheens' ability to put inadequate journos in their place quick smart, when a few facts and a 2 bollocks would right the tables quick smart.

Smith's ability as a coach is undeniable. If I had a sh*thouse team and wanted one capable of winning a premiership, I'd sign Smith to a 4 year contract. Most agree though that his thorough-ness and intensity wears players down by grand final day - so you'd want someone like Sheens or Bennett who've been there and done it successfully.

Has anyone seen a better side since the early 90s raiders than Smith's 2001 outfit?
