Trying to burn a DVD using NERO

Hey guys,

Quick question.

I've got a Xvid file i'm trying to burn to a DVD-R disc, and everytime I try to use NERO it just doesn't work.

How do I convert it to a VOB file?

You need some software that will convert it first to dvd formate (or burns it straight to dvd).

A quick google search of freeware avi to dvd software brought up plenty of decent programs. Take a look at one of those.

convertxtodvd is a good dvd convert then burn program.

dvd flick is free also and does a good job..altho takes a bit longer then most other programs.

nero sucks.
