WTF????????? I really don't think there is a place for Ryan in the 17 when everyone is on deck.. Like Benji said, he will be doing "Beau knows NSW cup" on the footy show in a few weeks..

I disagree. I actually think Ryan is a very valuable member of the 17. He does a lot of the dirty work and is generally very safe. He played all his juniors as a center and I think he had the qualities to do well there.

Also let's be honest, ayshford hasn't exactly set the world on fire this year...

Are you saying Ryan has set the world on fire?? I think Ryan has more future in comedy than footy...unless he finds another club or we cop more inevitable injuries..

With Lawerence, Tuiaki, Lote, Ayshford, Daniela, McKinnon, Tupou (if he continues playing in the backs) and Moltzen all fit...where would he fit in??? And i think Sheen would even pick Fitzfumble over Ryan..

I cant remember if Ryan has ever played centre in FG...But...i guess this deserves a thread of its own if you think its even debatable.. I think its a no brainer though.

Ryan is a better player than Ayshford. He would be a more valuable centre than him. Ryan needs to be in the starting back line because he is the most versatile of the backs we have. If he isn't in the back line then we will NEVER see the end of the outside back on the bench.

Where did I say Ryan has set the world on fire? I said he is safe. He is good isn defence, had good hands (except for the roosters game) and runs hard in attack. His biggest floor is that he is a bit slow for a winger, I personally think he would go well in the centers.

I also never said the number 3 should be his to keep, I said he is worth a go there as I don't believe ayshford has kicked on from last year.

I'd take Ryan in a heatbeat in the centres over Ayshford or Daniella.
Ayshford hasn't developed at all and could end up at lock sooner than later. Ryan has a very solid all round game and I think we'd actually see the best of him in the centres as a long-term option with Lawrence rather than the wing or fullback and gives a lot of flexibility if there is an injury mid game.
