This Saturday Henson Park hosts the first Jim Beam Cup TV game at 1:15 against Belrose. So if you want a chance to get on the Fox broadcast make sure you get down on the hill on Staurday. Premier League take on the Knights at 3 pm.
The Jim Beam Cup clubs all put in a substantial sum of money to have the comp televised on Foxtel. It will be a one hour highlights show every Wednesday afternoon starting this week with Newtown v Belrose the feature match.
Players out for the premier league team. If we had our usual side the result would have been a different story. Shame the weather contibuted to such a dismal crowd turnout, and players short contributed to the final result.
So you were the ONE....LOL.......!!!! Bugger the weather has spoiled things this seasan. Bugger the so called drought. It is the year of the JET !!!! LMAO.........
It would have made no difference to the result actually, the guys did not heed the coachs instructions at all except for Langy who is a standout all year.
Hopefully Tuesday night the Bulls will be complacent and we can do what we have to to win like not just listen and talk about the job but do it.
The TV cameras are unlikely to pick up much of the crowd. I've seen DVD's of PL games there and the crowd does not come up on screen. With Henson being an oval and the favoured viewing spots on top of the hill, spectators are usually out of the camera's sight.
