Once again tonight, i thought they were disgraceful with their league story. Unsure if it was Stanaway or not so i won't hang him on it

They had a little story on Souths, and an interview with Taylor

The question was "Are you surprised you still have a job ?". He replied "Nup" and said "That'll do" and walked off

The lack of respect they show to the people they interview is unbeleivable

Lol, it's not just sport, their entire interview squad on TVNZ has done the arrogance 101 course.
How many times did you see Susan ****ing Wood ripping into people on Close up, chasing 'em down the street, getting into their faces and not even giving them a chance to answer before ploughing into the next question?! She didn't like it when the same was done to her during her court cases on wages etc! Double standard hypocrites.
TV3 can be as bad TBH, but TVNZ does need some decent interviewers who can do a little research and has something between the ears to ask decent, intelligent questions-Then have the courtesy to wait for the answer before listening to the sound of their own voice again

To infer that a guy who for 10 years has played his guts out and pulled us out of a lot of dodgy situations, doesn't give a stuff about his country because he is now earning big bucks, is way out of line

i saw a funny story from TVNZ about 3 weeks ago after Man Utd won the champions league.. first off they called the match a battle between the 'London Superclubs'. obviously the idiots need an atlas to see that Manchester isnt actually part of london. :lol:

then when they mentioned Ryan Giggs had a calf problem after the match that will put him in doubt for Euro 08.... Giggs retired from international football last year... and even if he was available... Wales havent qualified for Euro08 or for any major championship in decades... :lol:

True, but there's no need to show off their 'Word of the day calendar'...Just give us the news without the little added potshots! They aren't needed.
They'll have a field day when NZ vs Aussie Rugby starts up. Depending on the result, the pot shots both ways will be something to behold. They won't contain themselves.
