Two requests for all LWOS posters

I beleive in transparency Willow. Nepotism is one of my pet hates as I have worked in many large organisations and have seen it first hand on numerous times and it can be very disheartening to the people who deserve recognition and the peole who get a free ride just continue to coast along.

Willow. You said it in a post on another thread weeks ago, but it went something like "that's what I like about forumming- being able to bounce ideas off eachother".

That's what we've seen on this thread, and hopefully more people will kepp the ideas bouncing.

I'm currently on another "forum" at the moment where people are talking about what's good and bad "forumming". I think it makes the point you wanted to put across anyway.

This is the same forum which has coined the term "impostering", when there was a spread of impersonations on the site- forumming is mild in comparison!
