 I'm confident for all units except one. The one i'm not confident on is where most of my time/effort has been going.

Four more hours (tomorrow) teaching here in Suining and I never have to return! No more filthy apartment; no more loud kids who don't care; no more eight hour round trip on a hot bus; and no more two days of diarrhea after eating nothing but street food for 24 hours!

It does indeed, Drew.

It's a nice enough place, but it's a backwoods even compared to some of the rural cities I've taught in before. Just nothing to do here and nothing much to eat.

Big game hunting - right or wrong?

considering how many of them are actually left = wrong

That and most that do it are rich asseholes that are most likely drunk and take a dozen shots to make something die a slow horrible death.

I'm not a fan. I don't understand the mentality in the slightest. Hunting animals for no particular reason, nope.

couldn't bring myself to shoot one, unless it was coming at me at full pace and I was stuck in a corner.

Like killing sharks after they attacked someone and just been well.....sharks.

Accidentally stumbled into the NRL forum and the Paul Kent thread.

Reminder of why I stay out of there.

What are people's thoughts on vegetarianism?

I tend to think eating meat is perfectly normal, our teeth and guts have adapted to thousands of years of meat eating.

But I can understand not eating meat on grounds of the wastefullness and cruelty in the industry.

i have an odd philosophy.

if something has given it's life specifically for my food, i will pay it the respect of eating it, even if i'm full..

say i'm eating a dish which contains prawns, or mussells or other small creatures that are in my dish (like baby panda etc) and i can't eat any more, i will eat those little fellas..

but say a steak, or a bit of chicken etc, there are other meals that animal has provided it's life for, so i'm okay leaving a bit of that if i'm full...

Vegetarions fart more than normal people.

They're responsible for the collapsing state of the environment.
