Gday..
I cbf listing all the features they are in the readme anyway, so I ll just list the changes..
-UPDATED- Fixed away jerseys so that teams wear away jerseys when they should, and home jerseys when they should. Its 90% accurate, there are a couple small errors (with Eagles, Eels and Penrith/Raiders/Sharks) with 2004 NRL Season. ESL teams didn't need changing.
-Updated - New camera angle for scrums (thanks to inertia)
- Fixed Salfords crowd to red instead of blue (Halifax). Added compatibility for there white away jersey, once they get one.
-40 odd rookies added.. including Moimoi, Tsoulos, Joe Williams. They are tweakable but I'm fairly sure that if you alter there stats in the game custimization section, it will also change the players face to one of the 5 standard custom faces. Undoing the face that I chose for them, but it's your choice to make.
- Updated - Stat/gameplay tweaks.. reduced the offload stat by 4 points for every player that is currently in a NRL or ESL team. Even though the stat is very low now, offloads still happen a bit, but it's much more realistic now. I also adjusted the five eights and halfbacks break tackle stat, to the same as wingers. Which is -2. So for all halves, they now have 2 less Break Tackle points each.
Even after these tweaks it's still a very attack orientated game, but it helps reduce some of the quirks, while keeping it's arcadish feel. Today while testing.. I beat Brisbane at ANZ 26-20 with the Sharks on Legend diff in a 20 minute game. So it's still pretty high scoring which should still keep the competition "for and against" tallies looking realistic. As you can tell, I need to work on my defense skills.
I also played a game with Souths, against the Dogs and lost 24-10. So as you can see if you like playing 20 minute games, it's pretty good scores wise. Playing as Souths was hard though because they have attack and defense stats of 6, whereas Dogs have 9 for attack and 8 for defense. Don't blame me though, the team stats are based of this seasons for and against.
*Important*
The 90's Team Patch is no longer included. The Custom Player file was full, leaving no room for rookies. So I had to ditch it (unfortunately).
This now means that if you want to create a new player, there are PLENTY of free spots now, so you can customize til the cows come home.
Just make sure you restore your backup "player" folder, or reinstall the game to replace the 90's face meshes (with the mo's) before installing this one.
If you would rather the 90's patch, instead of the rookies, don't install this patch. Simple as that. It's a trade off.. 90's Teams, or Rookie's. I'll be keeping the link for Version 4, because it's the most up to date version that has the 90's Teams included.

*Fixed team customization bug, qtintf.dll no longer needed.
Credits are in the readme file.
Cheers.
