Congraulations to Spain. Greece have moved up too, which is realistic.

Norway have done well to stay at 11 and Sweden may be a little disappointed to slip down. Denmark have been congratulations on their first fully sanctioned test victory and celebrate by remaining in exactly the same ranking.

Wales were arguably the most dissapointing team of the RLWC and theyre ranked above Samoa? Tonga are 13th??

There could be an extreme case of a country gathering a bunch of people through the grandparent rule, then beating France and Fiji with no domestic set-up and then never playing again. These rankings reflect the domestic clubs too, which is where France and Wales are ahead.
