If a true USA team were to be picked for the upcoming match vs Canada who would be on it (All players from USARL and AMNRL to be considered)? Brent Shorten and Luke Hume put in the mix ? Apple Pope still Captain ?

Grand Final winners from both comps should square off before the match vs Canada to allow a better selection pool. IMO
