Will the UK and NRL based players be playing for either team? Players like Newton, Peterson, Welch and McGoldrick for the US?

Anyone who wants to see this game at least break even or better still make a profit could always purchase a ticket online even if there's no chance of them attending. You'd be doing your bit for the game in North America and you can buy a ticket for as little as $8US = less than $9AUS = less than £5. ;-)

But what if it sells out? OK long shot I know but it could happen. I would rather purchase merchandise or something like that.

I hope the Axemen can get a good crowd to this one, I'm thinking 5000+ would be great.

I wouldn't expect a sellout jim. Didn't they get 12,000+ for the Leeds v Souths match? I'd be absolutely amazed if they get anywhere near that. Question for Spinner. I've seen in RLE here in th UK that this game needs 2000 to break even. Is this true?

Yeh I wouldn't either, I expect well over 2000 though TBH. They got 5-6000 to Leeds V Salford with no Crowe promotion and they get that to some Axemen games. I think for an International they could pull 5000+, well I hope so anyway.

Spinner, you made all the right calculations about the most advantageous date of play. However the time of play will probably clash with the Four Nations Final at Elland Road, Leeds. Unless there is a change in the end of daylight saving between the USA and UK the previous weekends, the Four Nations kicks off at exactly the same time as your match. It would have been great to have your kick off just after they finish.

On the other hand, as of now, there is no sign that the Four Nations will be broadcast in the USA on www.espn360.com, where Super League games were streamed live and in archive for most of the season.

Here are a few things guys
- We will need at least 2000 to break even providing we get all the potential sponsors we have had verbals from. If any of them drop off or restructure before signing we will need to get more paying fans accordingly
- As for the four nations - the truth is that it would have not effect at all on the game here. I doubt that anyone (other than ex-pats) are even aware it is happening and doubt any of them would have an interest anyway. Just the way it is in the USA at the moment.
- Our biggest challenge is if the Florida Gator game ends up beening scheduled at the same time as our game. They are a massive draw for crowds even when playing away like they are they weekend. People will be in the pubs watching them in teh thousands. We will make sure that we give updates about the Gators everytime something happens if they play during our event. It is hard for non Americans to understand how big the Gators are here at the moment but the truth is they rule Saturdays in this town.
