It is pretty simple, what are you missing? We want them to play, we want them to get a legit shot and they deserve it, but we know that they will not be treated fairly by being led on about the world cup. He will promise them (amnrl/usarl) spots and then fill them with pros. We understand the need for pros to compete and make a good showing, but not alienating all the guys that make your leagues go in the process. The game is supposed to be fun and you should know where you always stand, that isn't happening.

Sad if he actually did that as no need to. Sure local blokes would try just as hard knowing there was 4 spots or 20 spots open. What sort of mix will it be with pros and locals?

I think you are probably right about on with that ratio maybe 18 pros, and the other 6 will surely be all AMNRL guys. Apple might get his spot back, I would hope but doubt he would keep the captaincy with all the pros. I would imagine McGoldrick would get that.
