I am not going to comment on the quality of players from Tonga last year, but I can tell you with 100% fact that 20+ players/coaches last year who played in Hawaii for Tonga got their visas and traveled to the US for the game...

Very surprised this match has been played in a 50k seat venue. Hopefully will attract a good crowd. Maybe a good location for future RL matches
