A lot have and will say Iggy pop was/is the ultimate front man.

Ron Jeremy said:How many lead singers can do back flips and are black belt in martial arts? not the all time best singer but the guy is certainly a performer.
I've seen both live.Ron Jeremy said:How many lead singers can do back flips and are black belt in martial arts? not the all time best singer but the guy is certainly a performer.

Misty Bee said:Having just witnessed all 24kg's of Ronnie James Dio in full flight, I think Roth in comparison is still in Jersey Flegg. If you want gymnastics, go watch 8 year old girls in leotards.
Dio, 2 red cans, and the word "Hell". Supreme.
As for the Cure........I thought sh*t broke down after a few years.
(Pulling ya chain, Ron. Saw Dave solo circa '86 - great showman. Crapped on Vai big time.)

DLR was very good ..don't get me wrong.
but
Iggy got his dick out in front of about 30 thousand people. He played a whole song with his guitar strung up high so everyone could see it.
That is dedication.

Misty Bee said:I was sad to hear that Michael Anthony was no longer in the band, but I really don't think he contributed much anyway. His bass solo on the 5150 tour consisted of 3 notes and a litre of Jack Daniels.
I note that they didn't invite Billy Sheehan to tour.
Misty Bee said:He did a stint with Dave (on Skyscraper from memory)
Misty Bee said:Billy's forged a pretty neat career being the Satriani of bass players, touring with Vai in G3 for ages. He did a stint with Dave (on Skyscrper from memory), and I don't recall any memorable moments on that album. However, playing bass for VH wouldn't limit the field to Steve Harris, Geezer or Tom Hamilton. Wolfgang is probably really good at Metalwork at school, and is probably in the soccer team, but Dad has been at him to practice "You Really Got Me".
Wolfgang touring with VH is probably Eddies version of a weekend fishing trip.
