I'm watching the eels v storm game right now and I've just seen the biggest dive in history.
Alex Chan hit Hindmarsh high. So what does the big soft cock do, stands there thinking about it for a few moments and then drops to the ground like the big bag of crap he is and as soon as the penalty is given jumps to his feet and takes the 2nd hit up from the tap. This rule of the video ref looking at every high shot has got to the point of being farcical, it seems to be a regular occurence now and in a lot of cases did not hurt the victim. I say go back to the old way and let the ref and touch judges deal with the foul play and if they miss it the judiciary will.

Has been for a while I remember Ricky Stuart wasnt afraid of staying down in a tackle to gain a penalty, even before the video ref.

greatest thing about that game was how parra got back into it at 16-all. There last set of six and im thinking knowing parra looking for a win asap they will go for field goal too far out and miss. And yep they sure did, poor judgement, the melbourne run the length of the field and score a try (somewhat controversial) but win the game. Once again brian smith blows up and saus that they have been treated badly, but why not go for golden point time. Because they have been in golden point and got done by us.

Brain smith said in the press conference that they lose would really dent his side as they play towards the finals???????? Brian you are kidding yourself, the sooner you get out the better.
