and then the same people complain about too many negative articles in the press. you're probably the same idiots that gobble them up and agree with them.
I agree, fans are missing the wider point, they are trying to cut down the unnecessary stoppage time in games and get the game to flow better.
With the reduction in the interchange, this should mean more player fatigue and higher scoring more entertaining games.
They do need to keep the balance of the game fair between attack and defense, but generally a more attacking mix that at present would be welcome.
The reason I prefer it is players then decide the game, not refs.... you are going to get more blow outs and teams are going to find it harder to turn a game.
But when a game turns, we may sometimes get a massive momentum shift with a team coming from a long way behind to steal a game. Those type of games are exciting for all but fans of the losing team.
