Voice Communicator

Just wondering whether anyone here knows of a Voice Program that will allow several people to chat in the one place using Voice. Eg Skype, MSN Messenger, But one that will allow like 5 in the room at once.

Yahoo messenger does, as long as each of the 5 people take turns to speak - ie. you can't try to speak over each other because only one person at a time gets through.
