I think it's a turn their big forwards around tactic.

Thats exactly what it is.

It also catches the outside backs off guard as its kicked into space. The first 2 hit ups should be the outside backs making stuff all meters which leaves 4 real hit ups for the Dragons. Problem is our defence isn't up for it
