Wow, great heart by the boys considering the injuries we’ve already had, and then to Hiku and Pompey.
These are the games that we usually drop our heads and lose by 20, but we fought back twice to win, so really stoked that we got up.

I thought almost all of the 50/50 calls went against us, it feels that if a ref can something against us, they will

Damn that was a satisfying win. Real dogfight of a game and the boys fought for every inch of it. I was especially impressed by the first part of the second half where the Dragons seemed to be constantly in our red zone. Sure we cracked eventually but it took a try from a kick after a LOT of pressure to do it- then we actually found the gas to wrestle the lead back and hold on. Full credit to the boys!!

Very pleasing win. But Hiku and Pompey both out with injury is going to really hurt. I hope we can keep the same level of effort up for the next few weeks.
