How good was it Blair!?

Where were you sitting? Away bay was NUTS, even Wiki came through (got a photo with the great man)

I was a couple of rows behind the main Warrior Nation guys, in Bay 38. I saw Wiki before he entered the bay, people taking pics, etc. I had my grey and black 2003 jersey on. It was a madhouse! Nothing like it since Tigers final in '11. Amazing scenes.

Sorry to anyone who thinks we just won the premiership or something.

And you?

What about when Rubin left and he got a standing ovation and everyone was bowing haha

Life is short, it's been ten years since he played his last game for us, at that very ground, in the white heat of a GF Qualifier.

I don't think he's aged a day since then though.

Richard does a great job. I personally thanked him tonight, particularly after remembering that picture of the Olympic Thirteen. That freezing bunch of (13) Warriors fans at the Souths game late last year in front of the 'Warriors Proud' sign.

What a contrast to what we experienced at the ground tonight. Guys like Richard, Tee Kay and R & S deserve the good times a bit more than most.

Thanks bro
We were chatting about it earlier, myself Peter, Richard and Debbie. That bay is what we were trying to achieve for a few seasons. Theres always plenty of warriors supporters at away games but we just want us all to sit together. Look what happens when we do.
AK brings his drum and gets the chants going plus the players this season make it enjoyable.
Long may it last

How good was Agnatius Paasi belting the living bejesus out of two merkins... in the last three minutes. That’s having pride in your defence and not coasting to the final whistle.

I was commenting on that as it happened. It was special alright.

Yeah it was bloody wild, had the best time. I was in bay 37 about halfway down near the aisle shared with bay 38. And Haha yeah I was one of the blokes that got a photo with the great man who might I say was very generous with his time and patience Great ambassador for the club. Didn't have my Jersey but just my grey 2012 scarf.

Mitchell. Tedesco. Cordner. Cronk. Keary. Ferguson. Unlimited salary cap and we kept them to 6 points only. Not even mentioning the lads we had missing either. Win for the ages

Watching that now too, how ordinary is Nable's commentary, not to mention the fact that he couldn't fathom why the shot on Sao was a penalty?

Hope its nothing serious for RTS
Didnt know who Nable even was, suspected he was new?
First time.
The job is obviously harder than it seems???

Love the Luke Cronk encounter at the death.
Cronk holding Luke down after a high bear hug off his kick.
Luke got up smiling and waving his finger.

Post match conference.
SK thinking Roosters had an off day.
Hearing before game no SJ or Gavet.
But take nothing away from the lads.
Went away from the game plan at times.
Lino been training a lot with top team SJ out a lot in preseason.
Lino first NRL win, first try and 100% kicking.
Green a real footy head.
If Green was a kiwi he should be playing for them.
More than one thing fixing from last year.
New heads, new fitness, new game plan.

Green: win more about belief than
A statement, feels like club being built from A fresh start.
Asked about England, didnt work out when he young, grew over there and came back for another crack.
Self belief came from results.

SJ injury not sure if only 1 week.
RTS should be ok.

Need to mikeup the journalist!

I'm not looking forward to the 'loss we have to have'.

But staying with this perfect day, even Cappy looked good in the warm-ups! On point, bullet-like passes and snappy drills. Great vibe with the boys.

The best thing is we still haven’t had the perfect game (0-2 errors, under 10 missed tackles and 0-2 penalties) so plenty of improvement still to come.

Green playing SOO could cause a problem.

We’ll lose eventually but I don’t want to hear that excuse when it happens. Every game should be approached like this one was. Like we have a point to prove and confidence that we can prove it.
