yeh, that confused the hell out of me. The screen said third tackle, but i swear i heard one of the refs yell last tackle. Did they miscount or was i hearing things? dont have the ability to rewind here....

Just rewound it, it was the 5th, tackle 1 and 5 not counted on the screen.
Still an average kick in the context after a great on putting it out a few sets earlier

Noticed when the game was going Cronulla way, Kodi stepped up to turn the tide. Something Shaun rarely did.

Shaun imo had two good moments. The play to put Nikora in. And a 20m restart where he engaged the left edge defence. Otherwise he was pure dross. His kicking game was barely anything better than awful.

those charge-downs were bad. they were under so much pressure and needed clearing kicks. 1 is bad, 2 was unforgiviable.

Yeah. Shaun was gutted after the game. He wanted to win and have a good run along with it. I wanted him to have a good game as well but those dumb kicks and a knock on killed it for him. Sharks are really underperforming.
