Yes this will be a good team to watch but i feel like this has left an ugly feeling. I loved seeing 2 of the best go at it (Wade & James) & now we cant see it anymore, also i feel that he is just taking the easy option and if he does go onto win, the majority will not care or see it as a real championship....like everyone did with Kobe during the Shaq days.

i dont think its going to be that easy, there are still teams out there that are deeper are have better chemistry and this will only make sides like the Lakers, Magic, Celtics etc. more hungry to knock off this superstar team

I kinda agree. They won't win the title straight away. But once they get a couple of off-seasons under their belt, and can add proper depth to their roster. I mean thats scary

If I am the heat I keep Beasley also. I know he is seen as a cancer and as a loose cannon but f**k he has talent and now he has no expectations on him. He could be the 6th man of the year for the next few years while he is on a rookie deal.. I'm sure LBJ could fire him up and help him learn.

I read that if Miller turns down the heat, they want to trade him to the sixers for Kapono(spelling?). Crazy!

I can't wait to see what other teams do now to retool against this SUPER power.

I don't see how they could fit Miller? I'm pretty sure they don't have the MLE? Aren't they basically going to have to fill the rest of their roster with minimum-salary players?

Heard a rumour that Wade would re-sign 2 year deal, 2nd year player option, opt out next summer and re-sign for max next year. That would allow Miller to be offered a more reasonable salary.

They won't have the MLE. You only get the MLE if you ineligible for cap space (or something along those lines to stop teams loading up like the Heat could have). They will be able to grab vet minimum guys but I doubt Miller takes that.

I think the Heat comes out of the East next year even if they can only add bones around this team. Once they get a MLE and are able to add some the quality of an Artest(like the lakers did) they will be a very dangerous team but in a best of 7 series I think they have a lot of tools to help get them through. If they can just find a C who defends and blocks they would be set. I don't know if they can get past the Lakers but I see them being able to get past the Celtics and Magic(lets see what they do now..)

Yep, you only get cap exceptions if you're over the cap. As the Heat can't be over the cap next year, they're not entitled to any cap exceptions (MLE, Bi-annual etc).
