Warner Back To 02-06 Form?

did anyone who watched the cardinals game think warner looked eerily like he did in 02-06?

never looked comfortable, couldn't make a play on 3rd down, missing receivers, not happy, looked old.

i couldn't believe the difference between his demeanor this year compared to last year.

hopefully he snaps out of it this week.

I don't want to be a homer but I think the 49ers defense contributed to his poor play, coupled with the fact that it's the first game of the season, he was coming back from any injury and Breaston was out and Boldin was not 100%.

49ers secondary is quite underrated, they did a great job and we surprisingly were able to get plenty of pressure on Warner without blitzing.

I think Parys Haralson will establish himself as one of the better OLB pass rushers in the game this season...

all is good in warnerland.

now he can add "most accurate passing game in nfl history" to his list of achievements.

meanwhile, marc bulger has just led the rams to their worst offensive output in successive games (3.5 points average per game) in their history.

the rams must love the way martz ran warner out of st louis after 5 bad games. it's moves like that which have made martz sitting at home with no team calling for his "services".
