I am sure we all enjoyed that one a bit more. Very goid performance across the board with excellent defence. Hopefully they make a bit of a run from here.

3 JWH
2 teddy
1 Latrell

Was tough this week, could have given points to plenty of others.

Watched the game this morning and one thing that was noticeable was the actual thinking that went into our game plan.

The warriors play with an up and in defence and early on Keary put a few kicks in behind them to keep them back and hesitant. Thought it was really clever as it gave us more time later on when we went wide.

The pigs look liked they had a point to prove, particularly Napa who was on a mission. He walked a fine line a few times but that’s the kinda performance in d defence he needs all the time.

Plenty of good performers from us as no one really had an off day at all.

3. JWH. Fantastic go forward. Needs to do that every week now.

2. Keary. Controlled our attack and seemed to take over the short kicking game when attacking the warriors half of the field.

1. Latrell. Such a force when given early ball. Hopefully he keeps gettting it. His reading in defence is getting so much better as well. Seems to be slotting plenty of goals as well.

Your guys smashed us through the middle. SST, JWH and Napa set the tone, they keep that up and you're a different side

Mitchell has a huge future, guess that's obvious but haven't watched him as much as some, he had a huge impact last night.

Far too good for us this time

Cheers JJ, you guys are a different side with Luke and the form he’s in this season. You’ve bounced back well and will no doubt bounce back next week.

A massive improvement on what was served up against Manly. Still some room for improvemenmt but a far better and more cohesive team performance from the boys. For mine -

3 points: Jared Warea Hargreaves. 16 runs for 160 metres, 19 tackles and an off load or two. Came off the bench with devastating impact and kept the Warriors defence backpedalling all night.

2 points: Dylan Napa. If Jared did the damage with ball in hand, them Dylan did it in defence. Produced the kind of defensive game which he did against Souths in 2016 where he seemed to be rattling everyone he hit. Maybe got a bit carried awy laate in the match. Keep it up.

1 point: Luke Keary. His running, and then his linking up with Latrell Mitchell really put the Warriors right hand side defence in two minds all night. Great game.

All up this waws a much improved p[erformance, especially in defence. Going by the stats on the Fox sports website - https://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/nrl-premiership/match-centre/NRL20181004/stats not a single Warriors forward (either starting or from the bench) managed to crack the 100 metre mark with ball in hand. Yes they were missing Johnson and Luke, but taht should not have stopped their metre getters, and our boys shut them down far more often than not. Paasis weas the only forward to get close to making 100 metres (he made 91 off 10 runs) so it gives you and idea of how much better the defence was. Also when our team makes 9 line breaks, anmd the Warriors made 0 line breaks, it speaks volumes about the attitude in defence.

Only thing which needs to improve is Tedesco's handling. Dropped a few too many on Saturday night.

That game showed us what we all know which is that our forwards have been underperforming and if/when they do get their act together we're a different side.

Mind you they were solid on Anzac Day too only to be let down by our attack.

So it was a fairly complete team performance this week...

3. Jwh
2. Napa
1. Latrell

That was Jared's best game since 2015. And these are probably Napa's first points since his famous performance vs Souffs in 2016.

As for Latrell, I believe he can be an even better centre than Inglis as he has even greater footy skills to go with the freak athleticism.

Thanks mate.

3 - Napa
2 - JWH
1 - Keary

JWH and Napa interchangeable there and I can't believe I couldn't give Lattrell points given his performance. Fergo was outstanding too and the rest of the squad fantastic. Manu's best game in a while too.

More of this please.
