The Warriors will stick with the tried and true for Sunday's NRL clash with the top of the table Brisbane Broncos at ANZ Stadium.
Coach Daniel Anderson has named the same side that started against South Sydney last weekend.
John Carlaw was ruled out late last week through injury, but returns to the centres alongside Clinton Toopi.
Vinnie Anderson drops to the bench after replacing Carlaw last week.
Mark Tookey plays his 50th match for the Warriors on Sunday.
The starting side is: Motu Tony, Henry Faafili, John Carlaw, Clinton Toopi, Francis Meli, Lance Hohaia, Stacey Jones, Jerry Seuseu, PJ Marsh, Mark Tookey, Logan Swann, Wairangi Koopu and Monty Betham (captain).
The interchange bench is: Justin Murphy, Evarn Tuimavave, Sione Faumuina, Vincent Anderson and Iafeta Paleaaesina.

Daniel Anderson reflects on the eve of our clash against the Broncos. This afternoon the Vodafone Warriors will be playing the Brisbane Broncos at their house. Such is the stature of this game that Channel 9 in Australia has deemed it as one of the matches of the round to be shown free to air in Australia. I know that the Warriors are not in awe of the Broncos since our success over them in 3 of our last 4 encounters. This does not mean that the game will anything short of a blockbuster with arguably the two biggest packs in the competition trying to put one over the other. I am confident we are up to the challenge and feel that whatever happens we are still improving as a unit especially our defensive techniques and attitude. The loss of key personnel since the start of the year has not stopped the Warriors from scoring points and we will need a few today. All Warriors players are mindful of what they say to the media as most coaches (including myself) will use a derogatory quote by the opposition as motivation for the game. But the extent at which a Brisbane reporter went to in quoting Logan Swann as saying comments against Gorden Tallis were very ‘suss’. Imagine writing an article based on an email from a person who listened to a radio interview in another country and then not clarifying this actually happened - you make your mind up whether this journalist has any integrity. This weekend the Bartercard Cup competition starts with a number of Warriors NRL squad members playing for their junior clubs. Richard Villasanti returns to football today with the Canterbury Bulls, Sharky Robinson with North Harbour Tigers and Karl Temata with Hibiscus Coast Raiders to name a few. The Bartercard Cup has been a great competition for aspiring NRL players as in the last two years players like Jeremiah Pai, Lance Hohaia, Iafeta Paleaaesina and Evarn Tuimavave have made their debut for the Warriors. I am the worst tipster but look out for Marist Richmond in 2003.

Yes Yes Mr Anderson, it's going to be a tough encounter for both sides.

John Carlaw being a late withdrawl could be seen as a positive..Vinnie Anderson seems sound in defence, and given a chance is very quick off the mark.

Sharky Robinson being overin Ozis interesting. An unknown quantity maybe?? That's if he's used.. he showed some good skills in the trial match against the Sharks at Albany, very quick from dummy half.

No matter what, it should be a good game..

I know he won't get too many kudos from the clever people but Koopu had a great game.
Apart from earlydropping a pass with the line wide open.

What was great about this game was the Warriors support in the 20,000 crowd.
The Warriors chant going up was excellent, even tho the commentators tried to say it was a Broncos' chant...yea right :)

The game was pretty even, Shayne Hayne was surprisingly consistant, and the replay is going to be great to see.

The fact that the Warriors showed the Broncs reputations mean nothing, lead to a great last 15 mins especially by the young players like Tony, Faumuina, Tuimavave, and Palea 'aesina, with his short stint that helped set up Swann's try.

Good stuff :)

And my tipping was all up the shit this weekend, but hey, you don't mind being wrong with games like that ..
