Damn last week did not go well.
The only positives i can see is that we can now not be taken over by the sharks or the cowboys which leave only the panthers still a chance to knock us out of the 8.
The Games that matter
FRI NIGHT: SEA EAGLES VS BULLDOGS Going For: The Bulldogs
The bulldogs have been doing us favours for weeks but unfortunatley did not come through for us against the broncs last week. I think that has alot to do with the fact they lost 3 players in the first half and played a majority of the game with only one interchange on the bench. Ithink it will be too hard for us to catch manly at this point but we do have a mathematical shot and they do play the bulldogs and storm in current weeks.
SAT ARVO: THE BIG ONE RAIDERS VS STORM Going For: Ummm The Raiders Possibly
This is a massive game and depending if we can win this one will have an effect on who i want to win the panthers v knights game. The warriors did us absoloutley no favours by beating the storm last week and i believe we will beright up against it this week. and even with all the emotion i do believe we will lose this game. The storm showed the warriors no respect at all and still almost won the game... i have a feeling they'll be at their best against us and we will need a massive effort and maybe even a slight miracle to win this one.
SAT NIGHT: PANTHERS VS KNIGHTS Going For: If Raiders Win The Panthers if they lose The Knights
i really hope i can be going for the panthers in this game but if we do lose to the strom ill be going for the knights. First and foremost i want the raiders to be in the semis and at this point its only the panthers that can displace us. if we win they cant and then id hope they win so we can go ahead of the knights. then a win for us over the sharks in the last round would have us staying above the knights and away from that dreadded 8th spot.
SAT NIGHT: DRAGONS VS THE SHARKS going for: The Sharks
ok right now it looks like the sharks couldnt beat anyone but im hoping they lift massive for the local derby. Ruled out of it now all they can do is help us and if they get a miracle win over the dragons who may have played themselves back into form we can go ahead of them.
SUNDAY DAY: EELS VS BRONCOS Going for Doesnt matter
Well these 2 teams are on = points with us so a loss to one of them is good. if we beat the storm we will jump whoever loses.
well as you can tell most of this comes down to if we can somehow break our losing streak against the storm. if we can't the best we can hope for is 7th but i think it will be 8th or 9th.
another big week of rugby league is on the way.
