Just wondering what role Collins plays at Penrith?
He has supposedly signed on for 3 years at Souths as assistant to Maguire whom he is mates with.

Collins was appointed by Elliott.Now Elliott is gone Collins was going as well
Being apponted by Souths is interesting.If Souths keep hiring coaches they may need a bus of there own to go to games
As to how good he is impossible to judge since he follows Elliotts orders
