We seemed to get freaking nailed for everything, yet the Bulls seemed to get away with murder.

We were outplayed, but the ref definitely kept us out the contest...

The whole damn lot of the refs got off to a bad start. Where were the damn linesmen? What happened to consistancy! It was a bloody shocker.

So you've discovered Ganson is a prat. We already knew that and he's one of the better refs. :lol:

the same thing happnd 2 the roosters last yr they wanted a warm-up match but neva got it bcoz some thing ova in England wont allow warm up matches 4 the WCC

Thats not quite true. They won't allow the Australian team to have a warm-up with a British team. (Just as they wouldn't allow the British team to have a warm up with an Australian team.)

Theres nothing to stop them playing other Australian or French teams.

Fair enough. I did hear rumours about having a trial with a French team, but it obviously never materialised.

We could have had a trial with an Australian team, but usually they don't begin until the middle of Febraury anyway.

It could have helped, but in the end, the Bulls won the game fairly and squarely.

Bring on the Warriors next week!
