I dont know if anyone else noticed it but during the NZ broadcast, David Howell's name popped up on the screen as being 'David Halwell'.
lol. I can imagine the producer telling the typist, "Its David How - well."
Perhaps someone can explain if there's a local twang I'm missing. ;-)
