Other than the Falcons/Saints rematch, there's not much to get the mouth watering if things go as expected.

Browns/Bears a must miss game.

Pats and Steelers could be down after their game, opening up the 2 seed for the Jags. Pittsburgh are due for an inexplicable loss and I wouldn't be surprised if they're still panicking.

Bad way to start the week. Legatron has been placed in ir. Bad news for the rams. He has been automatic this year, especially over 50 yards.

This will take a bit of pressure off opposition Ds. Before they knew if the rams got to their 40 yard line it was already 3 points for the rams. Now it gets pushed back to the 30 yard line and it's no lock to go over. Gives them 10 more yards to defend with.

Losing a good kicker/punter is the worst, can be a lucky dip finding a replacement, the Steelers went through 2 or 3 guys before finding Boswell after Suisham got his knee wrecked. At least with other positions you know who next man up is and what to expect.

Yeah, Kickers are one of those things where if the next man up is a bad, they can cost you big time games. Losing Legatron is a significant blow in the lead up to the play offs

Rams should have drafted a kicker in the 2nd round as a back up......Oh wait, there’s only one team that stupid in the NFL, they wear red and pewter..... sigh.

You're being too kind to them. They traded up for him in the 2nd to pick him.

James Harrison cut by the Steelers. The second and final end to his time in Pittsburgh. It's a shame it ended like this but he and the club weren't to know they'd land Watt in the draft. He should go and enjoy retirement.

You and I and pretty much everyone else knows that after being cut he would've gone straight to the gym

I wish the Bucs would sign him purley to light a fire up 80% of the players ass and show them whats required off the field. Absolute beast, hope he does well in retirement.

Cut the man a day before Xmas, a man that has given absolutely everything to that franchise, terrible, classless move.
Hope the man has a chip on his shoulder, comes to the pats, a team that he hates, and tears big ben in half in the AFCCG.

Harrison was released to make room on the roster for Marcus Gilbert. There's also been some speculation it's just late season roster shuffling and Harrison could be back with the team after the Texans game

Hahaha wouldn't surprise me, a very Bill move. It's just a business decision. Like he made the first time he left only to end up taking a pay cut at the Bengals. I'm sure he'll do fine over Xmas being unemployed. Third string guy that doesn't play special teams, he's not what he was. If it's earlier in the season they keep him, as they have done, but it's poaching season so any decent younger guy with potential will get snapped up before you sneak him down to the practice squad.
