I think it comes with running a system that requires a good OL. System looks amazing when OL plays well (see Green Bay game last year) but looks terrible when they don't (last two weeks and many games last year). Also, for all of Elway's genius moves - he has largely failed with finding a TE aside from Manning making Julius Thomas a very rich man. Virgil has shown glimpses but still hasn't taken the next step.
