Surely a charge-down is merely the blocking of a kick immediately after it leaves the boot. I've never seen these technicalities used before. I've seen many charge-downs and they all looked exactly like that one.

No it f**kin isnt!
It's a bloody error fest with amatuer teams, only nz and fiji take 7's seriously and nz doesnt even release it's top 150 players.
Yeah thats why South Africa , Samoa , England Argentina have all won and made the finals in the last years .
Taipan the Wellington 7s sold out in two hours and the Hong Kong 7s . I would watch 7s rugby anyday over a league or rugby test match .
People would turn out to watch test matches in league and rugby even if they played out an nil all draw .
Cricket fans flock to watch one day cricket but test matches are a joke .
7s circuits is to promote the game around the world and there's nothing wrong with that .
League 7s in Sydney was seen by others as a development step for minor nations .
But the rugby 7s circuits is a joke if your a league fan right .
At lease the IRB have a 7s circuits and I thank them for that .
I didn't know that Carl Hayman and Deacon Manu and other frontrowers were getting a look in .
The players that represent NZ in Wellington will be the top 20 7s players in NZ .
Its like the Australian cricket team . There's almost set of players for the one day and others for test matches .
Then there's those who are great at both .

South Africa and Dubai were sold out too ThrashVikijng . But do you think a league 7s tournament will sold out in any of those country ?
Well I see if league start their world sevens again I should let the ARL know its a bad idea to have 7s .

The Olympics is about having the best athletes representing and competing for
your country regardless of the size of the country.I dont want to see second rate Australians play 7s when Lote etc are busy elsewhere.
Polynesian Warrior said:Ok lets be serious here Taipan . Do you think the IRB having 7s tournaments in places like Los Angeles , Dubai , Singapore , Chile and other minor rugby countries is a bad idea ?
Some of the league fans on this forum and other forum are crying out for a world league 7s to held anywhere on this earth .
So do you think thats a bad idea too ? Do you think that the IRB are wrong at trying to enter rugby 7s to the Olympics ?
