Prologue - 40 minutes under the belt at Canberra.

BOYS WE'RE READY.

Anything can happen between now and about 7pm on 4th October.
I'm not saying we'll win it.

But WE are ready.

This first 40 minutes has been intense. Its been dirty. Its been refereed in the other teams favour massively (either by accident or design - it matters not). We've been challeged with not bad decisions perse, but every 50/50 going against us. We've been challenged with losing Weyman and Young back to back. Repeat upon repeat upon repeat sets....................and what.

Nothing.

Hell if Soward was kicking em, we'd be laughing.

Hopefully Wayne will get into them and all will be good.

But from what I just watched.
No matter what happens this year. If we don't win it. It won't be because we choked.
It won't be because we didn't believe. It won't be because we didn't try. It won't be because we weren't good enough. We may NOT win the comp in 2009. Because there are no guarantees in life. Because anything is possible. BUT ...... By GOD we ARE READY.

You will notice in an earlier thread I mentioned picking Weyman as first and last try scoreer for a bit of value against his old club.

What do you know.
