A 1-0 win thanks to a late goal to Solano. Really been impressed with him.

Another sh*te performence.. but a win..

Solano made a big difference when he came on.. Cole works hard but he missed some sitters last night.. LBM was busy but crap.. Neil continues to be complete sh*te fortunately we have Upson and Ferdinand back there to clean up his mistakes..

Bobby Z is just about fit and hopefully Bellamy back in about 6 so Ashton better get himself interested or he will quickly be 3rd choice at the club... So much potential but so little effort much of the time..

Unfortunately we only got 4 from the last 9 points we should have got, would have been in a Europe spot if theat happened.. With Chelsea and Liverpool next up we will be out of contention in a short time baring something spectaculor..

40 points already is promising though after last year, Europe ambititions should be in the next couple which i think was always the plan.

Haven't heard of any injuries so lets hope for some good results agasint the big boys in the next couple of games..

Very solid at the back. Good young centre back pairings, you guys need a proven goalscorer upfront and a bit more midfield flair and you'll be right.

It was all over in a 5 minute period where they score 3 goals... One penalty from stupidity and 2 great goals.. Wasn't to much that could have been done by Green.

Lucas was crap, Anton was crap, Ashton has nothing still and i am starting to wonder if he will ever get back to where he once was. Asides from Freddie our midfield went missing..

Not sure why Lampard got sent off but no one was to upset.. There was a tackle on Faubert that was a disgrace and should have been the sending off in the game, vicious tackle that should not go unpunished.. Fortunately he didn't end up like Eduardo.

Liverpool away Thursday morning coul dbe a bit of a worry.. Still, i am thinking last night was more that Chelsea were really good as opposed to us being complete bollox so Liverpool may not be as bad as i initially thought it may be..

Haven't heard team news as yet.. Not expecting much from this game and quite honestly i will be happy if it stays respectable.

They may rest a few players given their champions league commitments in the near future so you never know...

Our team line up will be interesting though... The way things are going i wonder how long Ashton will be with us.. And quite frankly, the way he is going losing him wouldn't be that big of a deal.

I thought I'd come in this thread, as the Irons are probably the only team playing worse than us at the moment.

Two weeks ago, both sides were touted as Euro contenders, now we're just fight to stay above Spuds in the top half.
