We're batting first, so don't see any advantage lol

The Patumahoe soil is slow, without a grass covering they'd be playing on a low slow deck that didn't bounce or turn

Deck wont be drying out anytime soon

Not sure WI bowlers have the discipline (hitting the right spots regularly) as Boult and Southee

havent been watching but why only 1 wicket down so far at lunch on that green top?

Poor bowling or pitch not as spicy as it looks?

It’s like a village cricket atmosphere with world class players

It is great to sit on a grass bank and watch the very best level of cricket imo
It would be fantastic. Manuka Oval here in Canberra is similar, really terrific ground imo.
