Deadset if you guys loose Farah & Marshall, quite possibly Payton as well how bad will your roster be?

Feel free to prove me wrong but already you's have one of the worst looking teams on paper.

In all seriousness besides the 3 I mentioned who else would be on over a $100k a year I've bitched plenty about the way my clubs been managed in the past but even at our worst our rosters still had more quality then the Tigpies this year.

judging by our cap, everyone seems to be on a few hundred k a season, and 80% of them aren't worth it at all.

If the club comes out and says we couldn't afford to keep them both then they are deadset kidding. We have team full of reserve graders.

The whole place needs a clean out if that happens (it does already imo) - starting with the recruitment manager.

I don't know if I'd be fine with that. Surely you might have a problem if players like Benji and Farah, and after 05, Prince, keep wanting to leave your club.

Losing Prince, Marshall and Farah. What is going on there? I can sort of understand prince going but surely the other two would want to stay. Its seems like the players have a poor opinion of the club or its prospects. Perhaps thats why they are so inconsistent.

If we lost Farah and Marshall, along with Morris and Payne on the way out, we'd have $1 million to spend on players, so before anyone is bought it's pretty obvious why our roster would look crap, considering we'd be spending 3/4 as much as everyone else.

Marshall is a so so. It would be better for you to keep him, but you have learned to live without him in recent years anyway so it wouldn't be a cataclismic loss, but imo you guys must keep Farah at all cost. The Tigers are a better team with both players there but I don't reckon that Marshall is the type of player you can build a team around, whereas I think Farah definitely is.

The Tige's have a couple of good young guys coming through with the likes of Lawrie and Lawrence and I think both of those guys will have a break out year this year. It is imperative that you keep at least Farah to guide these young blokes along. If you were to lose Farah then it would be vital that you signed someone "marquee" to replace him very quickly.

BTW I think that young half you guys have coming through, (can't remember his name but he played fullback against us last year) is going to be something special as well. Needs a bit of work but he could have a big one this year if given the right opportunity.

The Tiges were heart attack material in 2008

But I dont think the gloom for 2009 is all deserved.

Theres a core group of good players still at large there.

But through bad injuries, the Marshall era is just about over.

At his best he was breathtaking. He changed the game.

On paper, the Tigers have probably had the worst team in the comp for the last 8 years or so. But they always manage to miss the spoon and have even fluked a premiership.

They definitely have luck on their side and will probably finish around 12th next season.

BTW I think that young half you guys have coming through, (can't remember his name but he played fullback against us last year) is going to be something special as well. Needs a bit of work but he could have a big one this year if given the right opportunity.

Tim Moltzen? he'll probably play in the centres this year and if Marshall goes, he'll replace him at 5/8 for 2010. He's got plenty of talent, can't wait till he gets more game time.

Not even close. That premiership wasn't a fluke. Scott Prince at his best, Marshall too, and a forward pack in sh*t hot form. Imo poor recruitment since has let them down.

Poor choice of thread name... Wests already have the most spoons. Seriously, if Marshall & Farah both go, it would have a devestating psychological effect on the entire club.. one which would take a while to recover from.
