I very much doubt Penrith & Parramatta will play at Leichhardt. Though would love to be wrong on Parra and mug the scums at a real home ground rather than the SFS


Parrascums will almost certainly be an SFS game, Penrith as always will be a local derby down in the sth west


Brisbane good Friday - wouldn't that be at the SFS?


I do hope the final round game is at Leichhardt, already got a mate wanting to go up again this season if it is, he loved the place (Storm fan) when I took him there last season Though it's been a while since the Storm have been to Campbelltown.

That's how I would split the games, it's the best way to maximise crowds, though consecutive weeks at Campbelltown and Leichhardt may not be done, so maybe switch the Warriors and Cowboys games around?

Hmmmm tricky decision....If I were the SFS and deciding which game I want us playing at my ground I'd deffo have the Dogs, they bring a crowd...I'd probably opt them over the broncos.

LO & CSG always seem to get the same visitors, I'd like them to mix it up if they can

Also only play the sharks once in rd 1 and the premiers once, in rd 2

Agree on both counts, was just working off the idea that the Canterbury game was in the Sth West this season gone.


19k for the GF game, but yeah you would expect Canterbury to draw more.


With mixing it up, I agree to some extent. I have no issue with the Roosters game if it stayed at Leichhardt ('11 was the first time the JV had played them there I think?) but some games just make sense - ie: Penrith. Play it at Leichhardt and completely relying on our own to fill the place. They will not travel in. At least down to Campbelltown you'd hope they provide a few more.


Does the JV or the Trust decide which games are at the venue?

My opinions;

Broncos on Good Friday definately at SFS.

Canterbury & Penrith at Campbelltown...

Warriors/Storm/Sharks/at LO.

Parra is one that is debatable...

Has been played at SFS in the past, but they may switch it to Campbo as there could be an edict for all the Western Sydney "derby" games to be played in the Western Suburbs...

On another matter - the Tigers play the Storm every year at home without fail, but they never play Manly at home?

And to make it worse, when they are away against Manly its always at Gosford!

Decent draw, but there is no easy run home this year, in fact it's a very tough run home:
