This IS NOT a shot at the Tigers by any means, but if Laurie Daley and Warren Smith weren't on the Tigers tonight, well I'm not here.
Their commentary performance was disgraceful. The less said about that biased performance the better. I have no problems in trying make a game sound exciting, but blatent bias is not acceptable in my books.

I am VERY VERY dissappointed with Cronulla's performance tonight. Our backs had nothing in attack. If the game is won by playing sideline to sideline we would have won by 50. There were too many playmakers and not enough bloke running the angles. I beleive that McGoldrick is out of his depth at this stage. He is a solid defender, but has nothing in attack.

The rest of the backs weren't much better in attack.

I thought the forwards had a real dig tonight. Stevens, Beattie and Nutley were solid. Lomu had a mixed night with some good offloads but with some very poor handling as well, which lead to the winning try for the Tiges. I still have great concern about Gallens discipline, he really does give away stupid penalties at the wrong time.

Galloway was impressive as well, he has a good future and was a positive out of tonights game.

I have to say that my biggest fear is going back to the old days where as long as the boys are happy and we are playing "entertaining footy" everyone will be happy. Not this little black duck. Tonights performance was very ordinary in my opinion.

I am not looking forward to next weeks game against the Bulldogs.

I agree with everything, in particular the commentary. We have always played second fiddle with commentators but tonight was disgusting.

That Warren Smith he's commentary has a lot to be desired.
Bring back Terry Kennedy at least he was not Biased.

This comes back to the underdog thing again. Last year everybody was on the Panthers, they couldnt do a thing wrong!!

This year already we seem to be the media darlings thanks to Sattlers new fame, the seven's win and of course a kid called Benji!!

But I will add that Warren Smith is a BIG tiges fan!!

Haha, yeah nick's right, smithy's a tigers fan, that doesnt help ur cause, but also i feel there's an air of excitement about the tigers , mainlt because of Satts and Benji but everyone is warming to us it seems, i guarantee you , you wont be the last side who get that sorta treatment.

Smith does a pretty good job except when the Tigers are involved. He is so far in front of Andy Raymond its not funny.
I dont know if Raymond has scripts written or he makes up those one liners himself. He's got to give them away for starters.

Terrible commentary from both of them. Smith might be a tigers fan but that shouldn't make a diiference. Daley is just a bad commentator.

Your performance last night should have put an end to that. Sharks were terrible and the Tigers were almost as bad. A dummy half try was the difference.

Daley was an absolute shocker calling todays game,saints v canberra, whenever saints dropped the ball all you heard was arh. He should be banned from calling any saint george games, I felt really sorry for the canberra fans trying to watch the game, talk about bias, it was far worse today than our game last night.

I watched the Rooster-South game last night and Andy cut down on his one liners.
I think he's substituted them though by calling everything fabulous.
I was flicking through the channels today and Andy was commentating a game. I think it was a replay of Canterbury V Parra (could be wrong) but the first word I heard him mutter was fabulous.
I couldnt turn the TV over quick enough.

I agree with Fizzo!!! But alas Foxsports didn't hire me again this season! i would put a whole new spin on R.L. commentary.... especially sausage dogs games!!! Ooohhhh that's next week.... And we're coached by a Raper..... It should be an interesting game.. if only I could commentate...hehehehe
