I was in Sydney for that entire finals series, Think I was watching the infamous Logan Swann play at the Bankstown RSL
Me at the Dee Why RSL, I travelled from Katoomba and back again on the train to meet my brother there. Imagine doing that for a Warriors game now?

Back to the game. We didn't score near enough points (just four actually) when we had most of the running in the first half and into the second. Witt also missed quite an easy conversion. Six-nil would've meant 12-all after 80 minutes, not the deathly 12-10!

I sell online a lot and I think this seller wants too much for this, a 2008 Warriors jersey.

I want this one for myself but I'm not playing ball here and I hope no one does too. I'd give him or her $120.

Times are tough, prices must reflect that. It's a favourite jersey of mine though and other sellers have asked for much less and it has subsequently sold within a day or two.

They're probably fans of the team whose jersey that they're wearing but are there just to enjoy the game as a neutral? I mean if you're not a warriors supporter and live in Auckland you're only going to see one game a year supporting your own side so unless you show for some neutral games. My mate is a storm fan and moved to Brisbane and he did that.

As for the OP, I wear what I always wear, my original 2001 jersey, the first year we made the 8. Still fits me, miraculously!
I sent my old man a warriors jersey and an allblacks jersey in 2001. He was a bit worried about wearing the Warriors jersey as they had been losing a lot. He was training horses in Parkes and would get shit at the pub a lot. But they would have quietened down after 2001 and 2002. Haha.

haha, that might be a fair point as I have a 2002 jersey (from 2002 not the retro one) which is also an XL (was a gift and always too big for me) and I was surprised to find when I put it on recently that it was STILL a loose fit despite me being 20kg heavier.

However, I'd still say the jersey sizes pretty much align with normal clothes sizing these days.

My go-to Warriors jersey is still the 2002 one that I have actually had since 2002. I also have 2004 and 2015 jerseys but they are a tad tight whereas the 2002 one fits beautifully. It has held up well over 21 years although to be fair I've probably only worn it about 50 times all up.

Warriors cap
Me too - I'm not a gear sort of guy. I have a Warriors hat, an All Blacks beanie, and a black and white scarf that my Nan knitted me in the 80s to wear to Magpies games which I've managed to keep clean all these years.

Tomorrow, at Henson, I'll wear my new Warriors hoodie, which is done up in the original '95 colours, with a nice big logo on the front and made from lovely thick material. It was thirty bucks at my local Vinnies and almost like it was meant to be.

It's dry with no biting wind, so perfect hoodie weather. Otherwise, I'm in my wet, windy and cold get-up, a black jacket/coat, over my 2003 Warriors supporters jersey (not an actual replica but more the cheap screenprinted one, but it looks good), with thermals under that, a Warriors scarf and my beanie with red, white and black Maori motifs.

At Sydney's Olympic Stadium I'm in the fully kitted out gear described above. As, at night, it's always cold.

I think it was about 1993 me and my brother sat down and made up a near All Black side full of HB players. The one thing was, none of them played for the Magpies!

Yeah, annoyingly for a while there in the old 2nd div we saw all our good players leave (thankfully it's changed now), especially to Otago.
