I bloody well hope we re-sign him. He said in the Herald today that he would like to stay, that it's the best move he's ever made, but Panthers managment haven't apprently approached him yet.
Memo - do it, quicksticks. Come Wednesday, he's going to be hot property on the open market.
Roo - was that an actual quote from Amos in the Herald regarding the Panthers management not approaching him yet? I only believe the quotes and couldnt give a toss what the journo writes. ;-)
Hope not, he's been playing so well, no matter where Langy puts him in, he's even settled into halfback, scoring tries again and kicking 40/20's, What a trooper!
I think that's one of the great things about Penrith, they have such a great spirit as a team and none of them seem to want to leave!
His $$$$$ value would have to be up around $150,000 now. Hope we've got enough breathing space under the cap. Maybe we need to give him a sweetheart deal with a personal sponsor like those rorters do to keep their 5.5 million $ worth of players
Have to say he, Pritchard and Ross were the difference on Saturday night. I know Ross is under contract with you guys and I know I'd like to see Pritchard in blue and gold but IAH I hope they stay. Our young kiwi backrower looks to be stepping up to anyways..... ;-)
