I have a Lebanese background and workout six days a week, and I have pretty good leg and butt muscles.

Thank you one legged squats, one legged RDLs, back and side lunges and proper star jumps (where you start of in a squat position and land in one too.)

Maybe this is because I'm a chick who has no interest in picking up any, or maybe you're just making silly generalisations and should f**k off.
