i just wanted to know what types of cardio/ exercise/ activities yall like to do?

personally i go to the gym to lift 4-5 days a week and i like to follow it with a swim or have a nice run early in the morning prior to lifting. thinking about buying a road bike but so damn erked out by getting hit by a car! my gym also just got one of those revolving climbing walls that i want to give a go.

anything you like(d) to do for rugby during or off-season?

Well because I work 12 hour day or night shifts also having a small family to care for I put aside 2 total body workouts using mostly compounds lasting just over an hour each time.Rest periods of 1-3 days in between and during these rest days I try to fit a 4.2km jog otherwise a power walk with the pooch or pushing my toddler in his trike hoping to bump into a cute MILF :D

Does your gym have group classes running?, in particular RPM (less mills) or group RIDE (BTS)

If so, give them a go, brilliant cardio workout, safe as a bank too (wont get hit by a car)

I've been thinking about doing a Spin Class. Anyone done them? My gym has these virtual classes which means you can just go in and a video of some hard bastard tells you what to do.

I generally run 3-4 times a week. I had to stop for a few months due to the craziness of work but am now working my way back. Currently do 2 normal runs and 1 long run (45 minutes and increasing it by 5 mins each weelk). I like to fit in a 30 minute sprint/interval session there too.

I lift 3 times a week, calisthenics (crunches, situps, etc) 3 times a week, run 7 days a week, walk 12-15ks a day, and climb 3-5 times a week.

Exercise is my life.

how long does it take you to walk that far

I generally swim a couple of ks every day and walk for well over an hour but I have no idea how far I walk, I'm guessing about 6/7 ks

I run 3 times per week, at the moment about 5km a pop. Once I get down to 5 minute kms I'll add an extra km every fortnight till i'm running 10km.

That combined with better diet has lost me 8kg in about 4 months (dropped from 96 to 88).

Once I get down to around the 82-83kg mark I'll start doing weight training. Till then just focused on the running

Weight training 4 days a week & cardio 2 days a week.

Been training for over a year now and have bulked up from 77kg to 89kg. Am aiming to peak at around 97-98kg but its getting harder to harder!
